Caroline Rudin, LMSW, MS.Ed
Licensed Masters Social Worker

Ms. Rudin earned her Masters in Social Work and Masters of Science in Education through the Dual Degree Program at Silberman School of Social Work and Bank Street College of Education. Her interests include working with adolescents and teens through both talk therapy and psychodynamic interventions to help with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and social stressors. Ms. Rudin has advanced training working with pregnant and postpartum moms, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and also with DBT techniques in therapy. Other areas of focus include ADHD and trauma-informed treatment. Ms. Rudin strives to support her clients in developing coping skills, building self-esteem, and promoting positive self-image. She utilizes an integrative approach which incorporates Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness tailored to the needs of each individual client. Prior to her current position at Wavelengths, Ms. Rudin worked in outpatient, hospital, and school settings. She creates a warm, safe space by engaging in collaborative work with clients focused on a strengths-based perspective and prioritizes a strong therapeutic connection. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with friends and family.
