As a bilingual (Mandarin Chinese and English) first generation American citizen to immigrant parents, Joanne understands the difficulties of navigating between different cultural expectations and finding personal identity as a hyphenated American. Joanne was also a military spouse and is familiar with the unique issues facing military families. Joanne is straightforward and transparent in her communication yet empathetic and compassionate in supporting clients to reach their full potential and find fulfillment in life. |
