Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor Linda has her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. John’s University. She utilizes an integrative approach, incorporating mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, tailored to the client’s individual needs. She invites a warm, safe space, focusing on a solid therapeutic alliance to develop her clients’ coping skills and develop self-esteem. Linda firmly believes a healthy therapeutic relationship strengthens the client’s realization of their own potential to reach goals. She provides therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, and has a special interest in therapy for women experiencing relationship difficulties or divorce. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling, and reading.
