Caroline Rudin, LCSW, MS.Ed, PMH-C
Social Work Supervisor Massapequa Park, Garden City, and Telehealth Ms. Rudin earned her Master in Social Work and Master of Science in Education through the Dual Degree Program at Silberman School of Social Work and Bank Street College of Education. She specializes in women’s issues including maternal mental health, postpartum depression & anxiety, fertility concerns, improving self-esteem/self-love, anxiety/stress management, and relationship issues. Ms. Rudin has advanced training working with children and teens to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, behavioral issues, and social stressors. Other areas of primary focus include LGBTQIA+ and trauma-informed treatment. Ms. Rudin strives to support her clients in developing coping skills, building self-esteem, and promoting positive self-image. She utilizes an integrative approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques tailored to the needs of each individual client. She creates a warm, safe space by engaging in collaborative work with clients focused on a strengths-based perspective and prioritizes a strong therapeutic connection. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, painting, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. In addition to her work at Wavelengths Psychology, Ms. Rudin is a candidate for her Doctorate in Social Work at Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University and also works at Yeshiva as an adjunct professor.
